Last summer, the ResponderStrong™group surveyed 768 emergency response leaders across Colorado regarding the mental health of their responders, including resources, needs, and priorities. Their responses were both powerful and enlightening. These results are being used to guide this initiative in creating better mental health supports for responders and their families. We all know the job can be tough. This report outlines how we can take better care of our own.
